TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Nightfall Laser Co. By placing an order through our website, social media platforms, email, or direct invoice, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of laser engraving and custom production, all sales are considered final once production has started.
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Names
- Dates
- Spelling
- Uploaded artwork
- Custom instructions
- Mockup approvals
Nightfall Laser Co is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after approval has been given.
2. ORDER APPROVALS
For custom logo work, business branding, or personalized artwork, digital mockups may be provided before production begins.
Approval of a mockup serves as final authorization to proceed with engraving and production.
3. TURNAROUND TIMES
Production timelines vary depending on:
• Product type
• Order quantity
• Seasonal demand
• Customization complexity
Estimated turnaround times are provided as general estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. BULK & BUSINESS ORDERS
Bulk orders may require:
• Deposits
• Extended production timelines
• Additional proof approvals
Nightfall Laser Co reserves the right to refuse projects that violate copyright laws, trademark protections, or contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
5. SHIPPING
Once orders are shipped, Nightfall Laser Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect customer addresses, weather delays, or shipping interruptions outside of our control.
6. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Because products are custom-made, refunds and returns are not accepted unless:
• An engraving error was made by Nightfall Laser Co
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photo evidence.
7. NATURAL MATERIAL VARIATIONS
Products made from wood, bamboo, leather, metal coatings, powder-coated finishes, or natural materials may contain slight variations in:
• Grain patterns
• Color tones
• Engraving depth
• Texture
These natural differences are normal and make each product unique.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, or uploaded designs submitted for engraving.
Nightfall Laser Co is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material provided by customers.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nightfall Laser Co shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased.
10. POLICY CHANGES
Nightfall Laser Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
