Is this a big company or an actual person doing the work?
I'm a one-man laser engraving business working out of a home studio. Every order is engraved, proofed, and packed personally by me. No outsourcing, no assembly-line hand-offs, and if you have a question about your order, you're talking directly to the person who made it.
Do you offer color engraving or brand color matching?
Laser engraving etches directly into the material, there's no ink or paint fill, so there's no color to match. What you get instead is a permanent, high-contrast etched mark that won't fade, chip, or peel the way a printed or painted logo eventually will. If you're not sure how your logo will translate to an etched finish, I'll send a free digital proof first so there are no surprises.
Can I upload my logo, or do I need to email it?
Either works. You can upload your file directly in the quote form (AI, EPS, SVG, and PNG all work—vector files give the cleanest engraved edges) or send it by email afterward (orders@nightfalllaser.com).
What's your minimum order quantity?
Most bulk pricing starts at 50 units, but as a solo shop I'm also happy to run a smaller pilot batch first if you want to see the quality before committing to your full order.
Do you offer Net-30 or payment plans?
I don't offer Net-30 invoicing, but you can use Affirm's buy-now-pay-later option at checkout to split your bulk order into payments—a good option if you're working within a set budget cycle but don't have a formal net-terms account set up.
What if we need to reorder next year?
Your specs stay on file, so just reach out directly and I'll pull up your exact previous order—no need to resubmit everything from scratch.
