What types of products do you engrave?

We offer custom laser engraving on a variety of products including drinkware, business cards, keychains, desk accessories, cutting boards, memorial items, wallets, dog tags, tumblers, gifts, and branded business products.

How do I submit my engraving details?

On each product page, you’ll find customization fields where you can enter names, dates, wording, initials, or special instructions before adding the item to your cart.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes. If you already have a logo or design, you can email it to:

Please include your order number in the subject line after checkout.

Will I receive a design proof before production?

If you select the “Send Proof Before Engraving” option during checkout, a proof will be sent for approval before production begins.

Please note: Proof approvals may extend turnaround times.

How long does production take?

Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days depending on the product, order size, and customization complexity.

Bulk and business orders may require additional production time.

Can I order just one item?

Absolutely. Many of our products are available as single custom pieces as well as bulk quantities.

What materials can be laser engraved?

Material availability depends on the product.

Are engraved designs permanent?

Yes. Laser engraving creates a durable, long-lasting mark that will not peel or wash away under normal use.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Because production begins quickly, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Please review all personalization details carefully before checkout.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the custom nature of engraved products, all sales are final unless:

  • the item arrives damaged
  • there is a production defect
  • the wrong item was sent

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damage
  • packaging photos if possible

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We currently ship throughout the United States.

Where are your products made?

All products are custom engraved and fulfilled in Arkansas.

How should I care for engraved items?

Care instructions vary by product. In general:

  • hand washing is recommended for drinkware
  • avoid abrasive cleaners
  • keep wood products dry after cleaning
  • store engraved items carefully to preserve finish quality
