SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIMES
Because all Nightfall Laser Co products are custom-made and engraved to order, processing times may vary depending on product type, order size, and customization requirements.
Standard Processing Times:
• Small custom orders: 7–10 business days
• Bulk/business orders: 2–3 weeks
• Large corporate or event orders: Timeline provided during quote process
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of the package.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Shipping delivery estimates may vary based on:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Destination location
Nightfall Laser Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.
CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS
Bulk orders, business branding orders, and highly customized projects may require additional production time. Estimated turnaround times will be discussed and approved before production begins.
Rush orders may be available depending on current production volume. Additional rush fees may apply.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Nightfall Laser Co is not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Lost packages due to address errors
• Delays caused by incomplete shipping information
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
