RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because all Nightfall Laser Co products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each order, we DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds on custom engraved items once production has started.
Please carefully review all spelling, dates, customization details, and uploaded artwork before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If an error is made on our end due to incorrect engraving, damaged products during shipping, or receiving the wrong item, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, customers MUST contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Description of the issue
Please note:
• Minor variations in wood grain, engraving depth, color tones, and natural materials are normal and make each item unique.
• Mockup approvals are considered final approval for production.
• Orders cannot be canceled once engraving or production has begun.
